Direction for use

Vaporiser
Add 6-8 drops of essential oil to your electric or tealight vaporiser. For tealight vaporiser add 3/4 water to the top dish before adding your essential oils.

Massage
Add 6 drops of essential oil into 12ml of carrier oil.

Bath
Add 3-5 drops of essential oil to a full bath.

Inhalation
Add 1-2 drops of essential oil to a bow of steaming water and cover the head with a towel. Close the eyes and inhale deeply for 5 minutes.
